Yes Konectbus Ltd still exists as a company But GoAhead Holding Ltd is new Central Connect Transport Sercvices and registered wityh a Diss address BUt Central Connect Transport Service already exist as a different company and with a different address so someone has messed up surprised companies house has not spotted it

2 weeks on and the Go Ahead logo is still on the website at the top although the bottom has been updated. On FB they've removed the logo but the text still says "Konectbus is part of Go East Anglia, the Go Ahead Group". No announcement on social media or website.

Konectbus Ltd and Go Ahead Holdings Ltd both still exist unchanged. However the shares in Konectbus Ltd were sold by Go Ahead to Central Connect Transport Ltd, which hasn't changed either. Although Central Connect has a registered address in Nottingham, that is of their accountants. Using an address where the directors can be contacted directly is definitely allowed. The Diss address is of Simonds' base, a part of TMS like Central Connect.

The Go Ahead logo is part of the background image and not just text.
The Konectbus websites are Go Ahead's, but part of the purchase agreement will have included a clause(s) about continuing use of various things until ??
Konectbus services still run unchanged, but staff are now paid by Central Connect, parts / fuel etc. by Central Connects suppliers, ...
Both websites are actually produced by Passenger Ltd. Altering anything costs significant money.
There is a stated plan to make some alterations to services in the new year, which may well coincide with announcing the changed ownership, brand relabeling, ...
There will be plans to alter depot use with the availability of TMS's existing depots in the area.

The facebook one really is a small job, whoever runs the social media just changed the logo and didn't alter the text in their bio.
Just looked at the source code on the konectbus site and the "Part of Go Ahead" logo is just an embedded image on the bar so wouldn't be a hard swap but yes you're right it depends what contract they have in place with Passenger Ltd.

One thing that is evident is that the websites are on different packages - the Central Connect is on the "MyTrip" package which is aimed at smaller companies (I think the MyTrip app may be a shared platform with other smaller operators), so is in effect the Passenger "Basic" package. The Konectbus/Konectbuses sites will be on the "Premium" package, which comes with a stand-alone operator app.
It may be that TMS need to bring everything together under one roof on one website - whether that is one site for all services across East Anglia or they go for the Transdev option (when they were on Passenger) and have one front page with separate sub-sites for each division.
Looking at Simonds and Flagfinders, they both have used separate web developers each - but that comes with the disadvantage of no in-site tracking.

At the moment it is a bit of a mess. It appears Central Connect brand all public bus service as Central Connect but they do not show them all on the Central Connect Web site. Hopefully now they have taken over Konect they will sort it all out

Only show very minor timetable changes on a number of routes.
Most are minor, but there are some fairly substantial changes there.
The 15 (Waltham Cross - Harlow) gaining an evening service - there hasn’t been evening services on this route (previously the 505) for over a decade.
New route 27 in Harlow to the Science Park, and also giving a regular service to the New Hall housing estate.
Sunday routes in Harlow are enhanced in frequency.
Also a new route 32 from Harlow to Broxbourne - there hasn’t been a route along here since the 392 was withdrawn years ago - though the 32 looks like it’s just made up of positioning journeys.

None of those changes affect any of the routes taken over from Go-Ahead though. I did think January might be a bit quick for them to have made a proper assessment and formulate any major revisions.
It won’t help that Konect had only just done a series of re-numbering routes and networks before they sold up. Changing things again so soon could really cause some confusion.
So far in terms of fleet nothings really changed either? I’m guessing repaints have stopped. Perhaps we’ll see a flurry of new/newer stock arrive in 2026 - atleast on the most profitable routes in Norfolk.

In short. The 8/8A is cut to every 30 minutes, 11B/11C has some cuts at peak times, 6/60 has been retimed
The timetables for these new services are in the TMS format too, and they look a bit of a mess
The 8/8A timetable just has times highlighted in yellow and says that the bus will run upto 15 minutes late on school days rather than giving any actual times. Who doesn't love a vague 15 minute window for when their bus will turn up?
The 6/60 timetable is messy too because they haven't attempted to make the timetables simple. (ie the 14:00 trips from Watton, times are the same on all days but on Monday & Friday it diverts to the schools. It could easily be handled in a single column with a note but instead it's listed 3 times as Mon&Fri SD, Tue/Wed/Thu SD & Sat/SH).

The TMS timetable design is very basic and boxy. A little too simple… despite the timetable itself not being so. They could certainly do with injecting some design work into it.

the East Midlands operations are being scaled back in a few weeks so that will free up a few vehicles.
I believe they'll only need around 6 vehicles for remaining routes soon.
