That's wonderful (thanks for the later pics giving the context) - even more up-close-and-intimate than the walkway on Hungerford Bridge in London used to be with trains in and out of Charing Cross, prior to the modernising as part of the Jubilee bridges. Though the covering of locks I find depressing ... I don't understand why so many bridges are allowed to get defaced like that.
