A concrete and road material plant is planned on the east side of what is left of Tinsley Marshalling Yard with at least some of the materials being brought to the site by rail.
Amey have a very long term contract to refurbish and manage the road infrastructure in Sheffield.
Aggregate Industries are in discussions with Sheffield CC.
Will this mean Tinsley will be reconnected to the south?
