What do you mean? Comparisons between current timetables and previous? A little more detail might help people answer your question.

Think the OP means the one on https://my.live-departures.info/ which is not operating for this change as it has previously. Was a very useful tool.

I don’t think it‘s usually been available so soon, I’d think it might appear later in the run-up to the change date. Last year it was 7 Sept. Perhaps the owner waits until every TOC has been uploaded…
