Time from Gatwick Airport North Terminal.

Hi. What would be the maximum walking time from Gatwick North Terminal to the railway station? Thanks.

Use the free Monorail to the south terminal, and then maybe a 1-2 minute walk.

If you miss the monorail, and there is only one in operation, then it could easily 15 minutes or a little more. If all goes well, as little as 7 minutes.

Does anyone ever walk between the two?

Only ever used the monorail.

This PDF from the airport website does show a walking route. Impossible to recommend, though. Use the shuttle. Allow 25 mins from passing through the arrivals doors into the landslide area of the terminal to the departure of your intended train.

As a frequent visitor to Gatwick - I live nearby... I would highly suggest you get the Monorail - It is a direct transfer to the station as it literally comes into the station plus a 30 sec walk
Plus as mentioned - Its FREE!!!!
