What happens on the timetables when clocks are set back (or forward in spring)? I had a look on Realtime Trains and I can't see anything that would give any clue to what happens.

Long and short of it nothing really!

Trains that start before 0200 BST will continue to their destination ahead of time.

All trains booked to start between 0200 and 0300 start 60 early at origin

And anything to start after 0200 GMT runs as booked

What happens in spring when they go forward? Do all journeys run later?

Between the parallel lines
Southern effectively introduce one or two extra STP workings to cover the extra hour, according to the basics of the previous hour's timetable, wherever feasible.

Interestingly enough there was an article on one of the Spanish websites I read about this last night - their Trenhotel (sleeper) services would 'waste' an hour somewhere, either by sitting in a loop for an hour, slowing down or making an additional call at a station to loose the extra hour.

Their reasoning behind this was so that when the passengers arrived at their destination, they wouldn't find themselves there an hour before local public transport started working etc.
