I got a press release this morning (not sure why) about TickeyMunky.com - which seems to concentrate solely on season tickets.
They're claiming to offer a finance package for annual season tickets, but as yet there's no idea on what the fee would be. However, given that most TOCs no longer offer annual tickets on a monthly DD (As some did in the past I believe) and employers don't generally seem that keen in the current climate - perhaps it's a good way for people to get an annual ticket, with the two months free (offset by whatever interest is charged) and the Gold Card benefits in the former NSE area. It also talks about money back in vouchers (probably the type that give money off when you spend a certain amount with a certain company) and a fast-track way to make delay repay claims.
I don't know whether Trainline etc offer seasons too, but it seems a good way to compare prices at least.
