Ticketer tracking outage?

Currently stood at a bus stop and none of the buses have live tracking available in the operator's app.

Looking on bustimes.org, the only one of the big groups whose buses with any position information is Stagecoach.

Has something gone wrong with Ticketer?

Strange, at about 14:25, I was waiting at a bus stop for a bus timetabled for 14:54, - I couldn't see it on the Bus Times tracker map, yet it turned up just one minute late. It seemed that the app worked for Arriva buses, but not small operators buses such as that which I was waiting for. Maybe there was national Ticketer outage.

Just Checked Bus Times for my Area (Salisbury Reds) no info from them, or on their own App. Same goes for More in Bournemouth, BlueStar in Southampton. Thought it was a GSC issue but nothing on Plymouth Citybus either. Stagecoach in my area are showing up still however

Seems to be coming back online now. Checked my local area and some of trentbartons buses are tracking. I'd imagine more coming back online throughout the next hour or so

Same here in South Wiltshire which is handy as I have a bus to catch in a hour so hopefully I can track it
