Ticket validity Redhill - Hastings

[N Levers]

Hello

Could someone look up whether Redhill to Hastings Priv single is valid via Tonbridge. National rail online seemed to show that Anytime singles (and hense privs) are valid, but Southern railway wouldn't allow an Anytime to be bought for via Tonbridge (only via Lewes).

Many thanks.

Redhill and Hastings are both Routeing Points; no fares check required

Redhill to Hastings Group is permitted by maps LB, and LK

LK shows Redhill to Tonbridge to Hastings.

So I think it is.

Journey Planner gives the route as valid. So yes.

Tonbridge is the shortest route so is valid without any reference to the routeing guide.
