Ticket to Ryde

Would anyone be able to shed any light on why 'Ryde Pier Head' isn't coming up as a valid location on Red Spotted Hanky (and other similar sites?) ?

Only a few months ago I was able to buy a ticket form London to Ryde Pier Head on that site. Why would it have suddenly changed?

It's always been possible to buy a ticket to Ryde Pier Head as a 'rail station' despite the final part of the journey being on the Wightlink Catermeran (this is always included in the ticket - and still is for journeys to all other Island Line stations)

Any thoughts would be gratefully received, thanks.

Don't know why RSH don't have Ryde Pier Head as option, but the East Coast site seems to sell this ticket without any problems.
