Ticket selling outage at Northern

Does these issues relate to lighting taking power lines out?

Broad Green: Ticket Vending Machines are out of order.

Burnley Central: The ticket vending machines are out of order.

Flixton: Flixton ticket office is unable to sell any tickets.

Glossop: The ticket office is unable to take any card payments due to a connection problem.

Horwich Parkway: The ticket office is unable to issue cash payments.

Knutsford: The TVM is unavailable at present and the ticket office can only accept cash.

Salford Central: The ticket office is unable to issue cash payments.

Widnes: The ticket vending machines are out of order

Currently listed on journeycheck.com/northernrail

It's strange some ticket offices are unable to accept cash but no mention of them not being able to take cards.
