Ticket on demand

i have ordered my tickets on demand however both machines are out of service was told to get on train and now been told to sort it out at Victoria. I am worried about being fined can it be sorted out away from The station i ordered them at any help grate fully recieved

Assuming your joining at a Southern run station they can issue the tickets from the ticket office if open. If you have the ref and the credit card its unlikely the guard will take any action at all. RPI will investigate the circumstances but are unlikely to issue a penalty fare in my experience.
