Ticket office at Acton Main Line

This official RDG document indicates there is one but there is no human presence at all at Acton Main Line. The document is dated 2015 but there was no ticket office even then.

That document is surely out of date now; I think Acton Main Line is now managed by TfL Rail? Perhaps someone more local than me could clarify the position for the OP?

Before TfL Rail took over there was a little part-time ticket office at the top of the stairs from platform 3

Although these days I believe there is a member of staff floating around the station from first to last train [which must get boring during mid afternoon]

There still is I believe it is opened in the morning peak only. There was certainly ticket office times in the Johnson typeface printed up when I went through there.

The ticket office is open from 06:40-10:40Monday to Friday and 08:00-15:15 Saturday
