I need to find out the time I exited a station with a regular paper return ticket for delay repay purposes. Is this information recorded/tied to my ticket number? With my Key card it is

Do you still possess the ticket or was it retained by the barrier?
If you still have it, and it hasn't been used since, ask a ticket office to read the ticket's magnetic stripe for you.

Check the train running times on opentraintimes, raildar or realtimetrains website. It's what I do when I can't remember the exact times, and it'll match the times the TOC will have on record.

Delay Repay works on the actual arrival time of the train, not when the passenger passed through the barrier, so the time encoded on the ticket wouldn't be very useful anyway.
