Ticket collection

Quick query if anyone can kindly assist

I have a ticket with a collection code from Euston , but I think I read on here it can be collected from any station in reality (which would be more convenient if I’m rushing for a train at Euston)

Can anyone kindly advise please

Most of Merseyrail's ticket machines don't support ticket collection. The ones at Elizabeth line 'core' stations (Bond Street to Woolwich, inclusive) also don't support ToD even though TfL require paper tickets for cross-London journeys.

Not any station. Only stations with a ticket office or ticket machine that can issue National Rail tickets (see previous posts about LU/LO, Elizabeth line and Mersey rail).

Note that not all stations with LO services have National Rail ticket machines. West Brompton for example only seems to have LU ticket machines, despite National Rail services calling there.

For example, for West Brompton it says that ticket machines are available, but if you click on that entry for more information, it states that ticket collection is not available.

The Trainline information seems to be AI generated, and some of it a bit dubious or out of date. For example, it wrongly seems to assume that because ticket machines are available at West Brompton, ticket collection must also be available. It also says that West Brompton is close to the Earls Court exhibition centre - that was demolished years ago.
