Ticket Clipper Identification

I wonder if anyone could help me identify my ticket nippers. I've looked through the forum and Internet, and have drawn a blank. Thanks.

LR = Manchester London Road or Gainsborough Lea Road

Thank you for the information, I had always assumed they were Manchester, seeing as I acquired the clippers when I worked at Manchester Piccadilly, thanks for confirming it.

Manchester London Road was renamed Piccadilly in 1960 so they must have been in use there before the renaming.
