Ticket Advice, London - Ashford - Eastbourne

Evening, jusy wondering if any of you knowledgeable people could advise me if it is possible to purchase a ticket taking me from London to Eastbourne going via Ashford, and returning the following day via Brighton.
Over night stay will be taken in Eastbourne.
It would ideally be off peak both days.

A London Terminals to Hastings Off Peak Return costing £37.40 or £44.30 depending on whether you want to use HS1 will suffice. Valid via Ashford or Brighton.

On the return portion break your journey at Eastbourne.
