Well I passed the first round of assessments :)

I have to say FCC Assessment days are very well organised, everyone was very friendly, and they even laid on lunch for everyone as well, this wasnt expected to be honest, but I thought it was a very nice thing to do.

Congratulations to everyone who went through the assessments this week and are through to the next stage!

On a side note, reading posts on this site about people who have tried so hard to get a position on one of these assessments and not got through for whatever reason, it was very disappointing to see a few people go home even before the morning had begun, due to them not reading the letter from FCC and not bringing in the correct forms of ID and paperwork required before you start the day :(

Good luck for round two everyone, and well done!

Hmm that people who are so daft they can't read or follow a simple invite can get though the FCC online tests/sift says a lot about their effectiveness. Well done on your own pass though.

There were some technical difficulties :)
I'm sure you know how nerve-racking it is waiting around to see if you've passed, it added to the tension! lol

Well done Pepperami!

As another lucky one who got to the end of the day I have to say it was definitely a day of highs and lows. Quite shocked at some of the poor guys called for 'feedback' at lunchtime and I hope they do better next time.

Anyway on to the next one and I want to wish you and anyone else who is going the best of luck. :)

Was really nerve racking waiting for the final results and I too felt sorry for the guys that didn't make it to the afternoon ones must have been horrible going home :(

Oh great you must be quite happy! Out of interest when did you apply? I'm looking to apply for Bedford when applications open again. Good luck with the interview and the rest of the process.

I applied back in November 2012 I think it was, and I did not make the Blackfriars one as it was over subscribed so was placed in a talent pool, then got offered the chance to apply for the Kings Cross one, and here I am :)

Yes I am really happy!!! Still a long long way to go yet, but I am hopeful that I will pass the next stage, although I am really nervous about it!
