This is from the perspective from a customer, not a host.
There is chatter on the internet about being able to cancel airbnb reservations without penalty for the first three instances annually. If the reservations were overlapping, then that limit is reduced to 0. Service fees are withheld if you go above these limits.
This additional restriction layers above the underlying explicit cancellation rules of a particular reservation.
Can anyone comment on whether these hidden rules are still in place please or whether they have been dropped?
