Remind me where panels 4/7 are? Been awhie since I was told.

Panel 4 is Horley inclusive to Balcombe Tunnel Junction inclusive / Crawley exclusive, including Three Bridges Thameslink Depot interface (despite one of the national railway press proclaiming it was the ROC that fringed with the depot).

Panel 7 is Crawley inclusive / Dorking exclusive to Arundel exclusive.

To the layman with ROC sitting in between Tillgate Sidings and the Main depot building I can understand where the assumption could be made, but not with the specialist railway press on a depot visit for their magazine, to me that's sloppy journalism.
