Hi
Would anyone happen to know if the following is a HOBC?
Headcode is 6Y20 and strangely showing as a Q path for an STP engineers, and is also showing on RTT as headcode 23 which is unusual for a ballast

There are also a few 6Q55 LR tamper paths this week which are often for HOBC possessions.
