Its at Selhurst depot with Southern.

Can anyone tell me what the second interview is like with the depot manager?

After 1988 it was most certainly the BR way..prior to that it was traction trainee/Drivers assistant,the way I got in.(Which was easier,I might add!)There were none of these psychometric tests,but I have done one to see what it was like,and I sympathise with anyone who has to go through it,as it is certainly not easy.
