The sugar mills serving the cane fields of many countries required large narrow gauge systems to bring cane to the mills. The Victorias Milling Company's system on the island of Negros in the Philippines was one of the largest two foot gauge railway systems in the world and this series of images give a good impression of how professional a railway this was with their workshops also building new Bo-Bo diesels from scratch.
