Looks good i've been thinking lately of how many types of trains and railway things are having their 50th anniversary.

I've been put off going to this railway in the past due to the lack of a run around loop, meaning intense top 'n' tailing and restricted diagramming. With a 37 bonanza and the loop planned to be up and running, this is definitly an event I'll be flying over for.

Who knows 37401, maybe this will be your chance after all to spin your namesake.

I wonder would a certain railtour promoter be interested in running a 37 tour to Anglia on that weekend?

I'm curious, the title says 'the ultimate event of 37 men', but what if more than 37 men want to go? Or women and children for that matter? On a serious note, me and my little tractor basher will want to put an appearance if possible.......so, that leaves space for another 35!

I will go if they have the loop commissioned, last years March diesel gala had some top notch locos but was put off going due to the poor diagraming of locos caused by the lack of a loop.
