We then board 1W70, the 1850 Arriva Trains Wales service to Manchester Piccadilly, arriving there at 2010 on Wednesday evening.

A slight quibble - and has no effect on subsequent moves but could have done - the published arrival time in Piccadilly is 2015. Typo?

We then exit the station and take the next available bus service. This is Stagecoach Manchester route 384, departing at 2119 where we head to Stockport (Bus Station), arriving there at 2137 on Wednesday evening.

We decide to head off for another bus station by boarding the 2200 Stagecoach Manchester service 369 to Wythenshawe bus station that arrives there at 2238 on Wednesday evening

Unfortunately, we find there are no further connections, so we board the 199 operated by High Peak at 0626, where we head to Hazel Grove (Rising Sun), arriving there at 0705 on Thursday morning.

Nice to be back again in my home county of Cheshire East...:D

We have time to admire the accumulation of rust on the metalwork at Crewe Bus Station which would not look out of place in Burkina Faso until it is time to board the 1100 Arriva North West service 84 to Tarporley (The Rising Sun PH on High Street) that arrives there at 1148 on Thursday morning.

We use the Tarporley bus shuttle to take us to Beeston, arriving at 12:01.

I can't find a timetable for this service so I'm not sure where you are getting the 1201 arrival time from. If this is an "on demand" rather than a timetabled service then you can't use it.

This appears still to be the posting that the next posting should be based upon.

Okay then. In that case, we then board the 1200 number 84 again, operated by Arriva North West, to Nantwich (Bus Station), arriving there at 1220 on Thursday afternoon.

Unfortunately, the 73 only runs every two hours, so we have no option but to board the 1538 service to Whitchurch (Bus Station), arriving there at 1545 on Thursday afternoon.

Paul it would have been so much easier if you had gone the extra two minutes to Wrenbury railway station, as I'm struggling to find another bus service here!

That last journey was the last bus of the day to pass through that part of Nantwich so there is nothing to do but to wait until it is time to take the first bus of the morning so we board the 0817 GHA Coaches service 72 to Nantwich bus station that arrives there at 0823 on Friday morning.

After that horrendous triangle around Whitchurch, Wrenbury and Nantwich, we then head northwards, so we board the 0830 number 84 operated by Arriva North West, to Crewe (Bus Station), arriving there at 0904 on Friday morning.
