We make a short omnibus journey next as we board the 0911 Stagecoach in Portsmouth service 94 to Petersfield (Moggs Mead Co-op) that arrives there at 0917 on Wednesday morning.

We finally complete our in-depth Petersfield area travelogue, having been forced to wait because of the 5-minute connection requirements, by boarding the 1221 Stagecoach in Portsmouth service 94 to Petersfield (outside the railway station) that arrives there at 1242 on Wednesday afternoon.

And we finally quit the area on the 1420 Emsworth and District 54 departure to Chichester Cathedral, arriving at 1518 Wednesday afternoon

Now to sample the delights of rural West Sussex as we board the 1549 Stagecoach South service 60 to Cocking (Post Office) that arrives there at 1611 on Wednesday afternoon.

We walk up to Knockhundred Row and back along the wide road to pass the time and then return back to the bus station where we board the 1740 Stagecoach South service 1 to Storrington bus station that arrives there at 1825 on Wednesday evening.

We then catch the 1844 Compass Travel service 100 at 1844 and travel to Bramber, Castle Hotel, arriving at 1906 on Wednesday evening

Not too long to wait before we board the 1937 Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach Company service 2A to Shoreham-by-Sea (High Street) that arrives there at 1949 on Wednesday evening.

Only a brief period to wait until our next bus arrives. We board the 20:01 Stagecoach South 700 Coastliner service and alight at Goring by Sea, (Clive Avenue) arriving at 20:26 on Wednesday evening.

Continuing with a short onwards journey, we next board the 2032 Stagecoach South "Coastliner" 700 service to Worthing (The Lido on Marine Parade) that arrives there at 2041 on Wednesday evening.

We wait for the 2111 Stagecoach South Coastliner 700 service to Brighton, North Street (Stop C) arriving at 2153 on Wednesday.

We decide next to visit another coastal resort and board the 2224 Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach Company service 12 to Eastbourne (Terminus Road) that arrives there at 2323 on Wednesday evening.

On the assumption that the walk from Terminus Road to the rail station is against the rules, then the only option I can find is the next service 12A departure at 0001 to Roselands Tesco arriving at 0005 Thursday morning

We wait for the first outward journey of the morning and board the 0546 Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach service 12 to Newhaven (South Way) that arrives there at 0633 on Thursday morning.

We find a strange service pattern at this station with various terminating services and through services that don't regularly stop. We decide to return to a more important station by boarding the 08:22 SN service to Hastings arriving at 08:25 on Thursday.
