We now take D&G Bus Route 78 from Alsager (Bank Corner) departing at 1545 and arriving at Nantwich Bus Station at 1702 on Thursday afternoon.

Struggling with this one - can't find the exact route the bus takes! There's a number 10 and number 12 bus, but the website only gives very limited destination times, and not sure if I am doubling back or not......

Having spent a bit of time looking, I think this is a valid move:

Settling down for the night, we return at 07:30 on Friday morning to catch the Arriva Wales number 12 to Broughton Retail Park, arriving at 08:10 Friday.

Because we find ouselves at the railway station, we decide to make a short journey by rail, so we enter the station and board the 1014 ATW service to Gwersyllt that arrives there at 1020 on Friday morning.

We might as well hang around and look at the probably wonderful scenery, and jump on the next Arriva Wales train (the 11:20) and go to Wrexham Central, arriving at 11:32 Friday.

We now decide to change our mode of travel, so we walk from the railway station to the bus station where we board the 1207 Arriva service 2 to Oswestry bus station that arrives there at 1308 on Friday afternoon.
