Am a little puzzled as to the reason for my earlier (Brodick) posting being void. The rules state: You may also used water based transport as long as it's a timetabled public transport service.

Anyway, continuing with the game:

After some dinner we join the 2000 hours Cumfy Coaches Route 80 bus from Fleetwood (Albert Square) to Preston (Bus Station), arriving there at 2125 Saturday evening.

Crossing the road outside the railway station, we do not have long to wait at the bus stop for the 1020 High Peak service 442 to Tissington (The Green) that arrives there at 1130 on Sunday morning.

Unfortunately, what with it being a Sunday, public transport in Tissington is ever so slightly limited, and if I remember rightly from not having played for so long, I don't think we're allowed to go back on the same service, so we board the 1709 High Peak route 42A (which is slightly confusing considering we've just alighted off the 442!) to Ashbourne (King Edward Street) (opposite the bus station), arriving there at 1733 on Sunday evening.

I thought that you would have appreciated time in Tissington on a Sunday to examine the area of the Tissington Trail which covers the line of the once-famous Cromford and High Peak Railway....:cry:

Just time to walk around the block to see the windows of the many antiques shops and back, before we board the 1805 Trent Barton "Swift" service to Derby bus station that arrives there at 1835 on Sunday evening.

Firstly, I'm not sure walking is allowed as one of the methods of transport, and secondly it most certainly does not take fifteen minutes to get from Brighton Marina to London Road station! :P

although this may involve a short walk when changing between modes for example to a bus stop serving a rail station.
