Since an objection was made to a osting that I had made using a train service that departed at 0510 to Souithampton Central that I had to strike through, which departs I hour 41 minutes BEFORE your posting, I suppose that yours too will also be disallowed.

Yes, you may not wait more than two hours after the departure time (having allowed the minimum interchange time) of the first available service regardless of destination. We remain at Hove Railway Station at 0138 on Thursday with harry42 having priority to post the next move until 1000 tomorrow (I will allow until 1000 the next day when the usual one hour allowance would take us beyond 2200) after which time it becomes open floor.

Since all train services have been ruled out, we are left with the N7 as the only option still running.....I will take up the challenge....

We now make it three journeys on this night bus as we board the 0151 Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach service N7 to Brighton Marina that arrives there at 0213 on Thursday morning.

We are fortunate there is a bus service that terminates at the railway station, so we walk to the bus stop outside the railway station and we only have a short wait before we board the 1014 First Dorset and South Somerset service 31 to Morcombelake (Ship Knapp) that arrives there at 1057 on Thursday morning.

We have a little while to explore this delightful village before catching another First Dorset and South Somerset 31 bus at 1115 back to Lyme Regis Square arriving at 1134 Thursday morning.

After spending time to examine the collection of fossils in the town, we return to the bus stop in The Square to board the 1235 First in Dorset and South Somerset service X53 to Poole bus station that arrives there at 1544 on Thursday afternoon.

We reluctantly make arrangements for overnight accommodation, with an early morning alarm call, then spend a relaxing evening before turning in early. After the usual hearty breakfast, we make our way to the bus stop at the Old Post Office and board the first outward bus of the day, the 0727 First in Wilts and Dorset service 311 to Chebbard (Dawlish Turn) that arrives there at 0758 on Friday morning.

We catch the next bus out, being the Damory Coaches 311 service at 0847, and travel to Winterborne Stickland (Downfield) arriving at 0923 Friday morning
