With it being a Sunday and only two buses serving this settlement and not wishing to back-track, we are saddened to find we have missed a connection by four minutes on the other service, so resign ourselves to a long wait until it is time to board the 1206 Stagecoach West service 24 to Coleford (Angel Hotel) that arrives there at 1304 on Sunday.

That's an interesting trip south to Lydney then north back through Norchard to Whitecroft. But it is advertised as one journey, so fair play!!!

With the bus station being too far away from the railway station we are grateful to have a perfect connection as we board the 1630 Stagecoach West service 23 to Gloucester (Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum), arriving there at 1716 on Sunday.
