With no evening buses on the Isle of Sheppey all we can do is return on the 22.47 Southeastern service to Sittingbourne alighting at Kemsley at 23.00 on Wednesday.

We next take a short late evening train journey as we were one minute shy of the time of the overnight travel relaxation rule by taking the 2328 Southeastern service to Queenborough that arrives there at 2336 on Wednesday.
We weren't, we arrived at 2300. Please see the extract from the rules that the Quizmasters very helpfully constructed at the start of this thread:

Night services in the UK can be quite limited, so when the previous move arrives at its destination after 2300 you are allowed to wait until 0500 the next day if you wish.

If you refer to the posting that was made by @Class172, one of the forum quizmaster team, that you copied to the thread, it actually says...."after 2300"....this is different than arriving at 2300.

23:00:01 is after 23:00....I really don't think the rules would be that pedantic....
