Can someone double-check that information for me.

Yes according to Real Time Trains that's an STP working as a result of strikes. It is indeed 09:26.

I think this one arrives at 0926, which gives us sufficient time to change to the 0931 Greater Anglia service to Southend Airport arriving at 0947 on Friday morning.

We take the eleven minute/0.5 mile walk to Warners Bridge and board the 1000 Arriva Herts & Essex service 9 to Rayleigh (Eastwood Road), arriving there at 1024 on Friday morning.

When I recently returned to this quiz from my self-imposed sabbatical, I was unaware that the websites that I had employed in the past were making allowances for strike action disruption and being blissfully unaware of Real Time Trains et al, I take this opportunity to apologise to all contributors for my faux pas and in order that this thread is not disrupted again, it behoves me to return to my sabbatical until all such strike-affected timetables are back to a normal situation.

That said, I have enjoyed my recent return to the quiz.

Moving on from Hullbridge, it is noticeable that all the bus routes stay well away from the riverfront area except the aforementioned First Essex service 20. We therefore head out on the 1100 departure and alight at Leigh-on-Sea (Kent Elms Corner South) at 1136 on Friday.

We cross the road to Kent Elms Corner North, where we board the 1217 First Essex Airlink service X30 to Chelmsford (Railway Station), arriving there at 1300 on Friday afternoon.

Buses are starting to wind down for the night now, with the exception of the 11 to Newmarket, so we are thankful to be just within the permitted walk to alternative modes of transport as we take the 11 minute/0.5 mile walk to the railway station, there boarding the 1859 Greater Anglia service 2W26 to Cambridge, arriving there at 1940 on Saturday evening.

We cross the road to the Sun St stop, and take advantage of the overnight rule. The 0938 National Express West Midlands service 4M then takes us to Tame Bridge, Railway Station, arriving at 1027 on Sunday.

The first departure from this area is an X10 back the way we came, at 0753, so the above, is in accordance with the rules.
