Disappointed that we didn't receive the opportunity to visit Minehead, where I frequented regularly as a child, and ideally not wanting to be deposited in the intermediate settlements on the 28 which is very infrequent on a Sunday, the only option we have left is to return on the 1903 Buses of Somerset service 28 to Taunton (Castle Way), arriving there at 2005 on Sunday evening.

Unbelievably, there are no more buses in central Taunton today [Falcon doesn't serve the town centre], and we are too far from the station to be able to walk there to get a train, so we have no choice but to kip down for the night and await the arrival of Monday.
We walk the 2 mins to The Parade and there board the 0535 journey on Buses of Somerset service 30. We alight at Chard (Guildhall) at 0625 on Monday morning.

We take the two minute walk to Boden Street and there board the 0640 Buses of Somerset service 30 to Henlade (Henlade Cross on The Grove) that arrives there at 0713 on Monday morning.

Not wanting to use the 30 again, or to head back into Taunton, we have a bit of a wait. We cross the junction to the Falcon Hotel stop and there await the 0854 Buses of Somerset service 54. We alight at Somerton (White Hart) at 0930 on Monday.

Pleased to see there is another bus service available, we take the three minute walk to The Square and there board the 1001 Buses of Somerset service 77 to Glastonbury (Town Hall) that arrives there at 1033 on Monday morning.

Rural Somerset isn't the best served by bus, so (not wanting to return to Frome) our options are to take a 1 minute journey on the 404 schoolbus, or wait exactly 2 hours. We do the latter and take the 1647 FromeBus service 414 to Radstock (Maple Dr) arriving at 1652 on Monday.

Didn't expect Taunton to not have any (slightly) later buses on a Sunday, otherwise I wouldn't have deposited us there! Nothing worse than bring stuck in the arse end of nowhere

With the lack of onward services from Bath Spa University, We take a 10 minute walk down to Newton St Loe (The Globe) boarding the 2212 Bath Bus Company Airdecker service A4 to Bristol Airport (Bus Station), arriving 2255 Monday night.

With no onward connections from the University, we stay on the bus for the 2155 departure, alighting at Newton St Loe (The Globe) at 2158 on Monday evening.

Furthermore we'd have had to take a bus to Newton St Loe anyway because the walk from the library to The Globe is eighteen minutes.

Well we've just come from the south west so we'll avoid taking the Falcon back towards Exeter and Plymouth, so instead we board the 2315 First West of England Airport Flyer service A1 to Bristol (Bus Station), arriving there at 2348 on Monday evening.

We enter the railway station, taking advantage of the overnight travel relaxation rule, and next board the 0453 GWR service to Didcot Parkway that arrives there at 0545 on Tuesday morning.
