How did I have a feeling we'd end up back in the north of Scotland

We next board the 1654 Stagecoach North Scotland service 10 to Aberdeen (Royal Infirmary), arriving there at 2001 on Tuesday evening.

We'll take the 4 minute 0.2 mile walk to the Railway Station. We will take an overnight break and then take the opportunity to try and head back south.

We will board the 0534 Scotrail service to Glasgow Queen Street arriving there at 0832 on Wednesday morning.

OBSERVATION

1)...The overnight travel relexation rule does not come into effect until 2300 hours.

2)...As the minimum connection time at Aberdeen station is shown as 5 minutes, we could have boarded the 2249 Scotrail service to Inverurie.

Agreed. There are also still plenty of buses operating. Aberdeen maybe very far up north, but it has a respectable bus and rail service.
