I'm afraid this move is invalid, as it falls within a timetable variation.
Additional Notes
  • So the game remains realistic, you should use the current timetable for the relevant day not including timetable variations for engineering works.

Having been asked to provide an adjudication on this post:

Usually a move like this wouldn't be permitted due to it being a variation for engineering works but it appears that a new timetable has been produced for this line leading on from the old one due to the extended duration of the works (https://be803fe5c416e39d38ae-aa2108.../Blackpool-Manchester-TT-27-FINAL-REVISED.pdf). As such, this move is declared valid.
Last time I made a move using a Blackpool Rail Replacement Bus it was allowed, so why is it not allowed this time?

Morning all,

I’ve just reviewed this - I concour with the precedent set previously, in this instance buses are the only thing featured in the permanent timetable due to the extended length of the works.

In the interests of getting things moving along in a timely manner, we’ll continue from Blackpool North at 01:35 on a Friday morning.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused to your journey, delay repay information can be found, somewhere?

Play on!

TP

I was under the impression that the rail replacement bus service to Blackpool was more permanent due to the severity of it, therefore would be permitted?
