Posting # 11670 shows an arrival time at East Didsbury Metrolink station at 0118 on Sunday morning.

Posting # 11671 shows a departure time of exactly the same time of 0118 on a Sunday morning on a bus service with no route number shown from what is stated to be a bus stop adjacent to East Didsbury Metrolink station.

Normally, a five minute minimum connection time is said to the norm, unless a greater time period for large stations is stated. The East Didsbury Metrolink platform needs a walk to any nearby bus stop (speaking from personal experience).

This was a misunderstanding from my reading of the time table. I have corrected the post accordingly - the service departs at 0125 from Parrs Wood (142)

• Night services in the UK can be quite limited, so when the previous move arrives at its destination after 2300 you are allowed to wait until 0500 the next day if you wish.

In answer to the query raised, I see matters as below.

Nothing has been said about any place which is covered by area used by this quiz and as the recent rule change (shown emboldened above) was brought in by the forum quizmasters in response to a request to them by a number of contestants who objected to bus night travel and the case of obscure night coach service routes as the lack of knowledge of these as such caused them to cut down their number of postings made on the quiz.

I need to say that this move is invalid, as Drapers Field is south of Leyton tube station, its a 2 mile walk to the Bakers Arms. Drapers Field is served by bus routes 58, 69, 97 and 158, with Leyton Tube Station within walking distance. The 339 at Chobham Road is also walkable.

I used the TFL journey planner giving Drapers Field as a start point and the Bakers Arms was one of the first options it gave. I didn't realise and it didn't tell me that the place was about 2 miles away!
