Sadly, we cannot exit the station due to access being exclusively for those visiting the Royal Marine Commando Training Centre and it is also getting late so we do not wish to be here too long. Luckily the return service arrives eighteen minutes later, the 0010 Great Western Railway service 2E62, which we take to its terminus of Exeter St David's, arriving there at 0035 in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Was first, so from here.

We walk the 0.4 miles to the bus station (takes 8 mins). We are in no rush, as our intended bus leaves the station at 06:20am, namely the Stagecoach 65 service to Alton. We stay on for the whole ride, getting off at Alton High Street (Stop C) at 07:10 on Wednesday morning.
