Going on the basis that we are at The Strand in Bude, we then board another long local bus route as we board the 1755 Stagecoach South West service 6 to Exeter (New North Road), arriving there at 1949 on Thursday evening.

Taking the short walk to Exeter Central station we take the 2055 GWR service to the request stop of Kings Nympton, where we arrive at 2148 Thursday evening

That's it now the for the rest of the day, so we call it a night before boarding the first train of the day, which is the 0721 Great Western Railway service to St James' Park, arriving there at 0815 on Friday morning.

I think we have gone back a day from bude it should be Friday now at St James' Park, we catch the 2T07 gwr 0832 train service to paignton and get there at 0929 on the Friday morning

You are right about the day going wrong - we should therefore be at Exton at 0838 on Friday morning

We did indeed - apologies for this!

We then board the 0931 Great Western Railway service 2T10 to Exeter St Davids, arriving there at 0955 on Friday morning.

We take it all the way to Aberdeen, arriving at 2048 Friday evening

After being sat on a Voyager for the best part of ten hours, it's fair to say our bums and legs are a little sore. We just have enough time to stretch before boarding the 2105 Abellio ScotRail service 1B42 to Haymarket, arriving there at 2344 on Friday evening.

Exiting the station and taking the six minute walk to the bus stop on Drumfork Road, we then board the 1343 First in Greater Glasgow (you are correct Paul I didn't see the Greater bit displayed on my phone!) service 1B to Clydebank (Chalmers Street), arriving there at 1442 on Saturday afternoon.

This is right next to Largs station, so we enter and board the 1733 Abellio ScotRail service 2T24 to Paisley Gilmour Street, arriving there at 1824 on Saturday evening.

The earliest bus I can seem to find out of Hanley is at 0750, so we board the 0750 First Potteries service 3 to Newcastle-under-Lyme (Bus Station), arriving there at 0817 on Sunday morning.
