We're still stuck at an altitude of zero feet, so we board the 0601 Southern service to London Victoria, arriving at 0632 Friday morning.
We then wait to board the 1705 First in Bristol, Bath and the West X2 service to Bristol, The Centre arriving at 1724 Friday afternoon.
Gameplay.....Additional Notes
- If arriving by bus or coach then you should name the area in addition to the stop name.
- If a move is discovered to be incorrect then the original post should be struck through and the correction made as a new post.
- Should the previous move leave you at a the end of a route for which there are no services timetabled to depart from then you may walk to the nearest stop where services are available.
- So the game remains realistic, you should use the current timetable for the relevant day not including timetable variations for engineering works.
A short walk across the road to another bus stop in the immediate area (Ch), and we can then board the 17:41 First in Bristol, Bath & The West service number 1 to Cribbs Causeway, where we arrive at 18:24 on Friday evening.
We don't find any pubs nearby for our drink, but there is a cattery so we go and pet them for a couple of hours. OK, maybe it's not pleasant, but again the rules of the game dictate that we have to get on a service within the next two hours where it's available, so we grudgingly walk out to the bus stop at Market Parade and board the 01:07 Stagecoach West N10 service to Cheltenham Promenade, which arrives there at 01:41 on Saturday morning.
Anyone up for a trip to the Isle of Man? Get to Liverpool and I can get us there.
We then decide to board the 1019 Nottingham Express Transit and ride it end-to-end, arriving at Phoenix Park tram stop at 1044 Saturday morning.
