We then board the 0900 Metroline service 91 to Kings Cross Station (York Way), arriving there at 0933 on Thursday morning.

Also, could players please state the name of the bus operator in London who operate bus services. 'London Buses' is too vague, as there are several operators, such as Metroline, Arriva London, Stagecoach London, Tower Transit, etc. It's like saying we are boarding a First Great Western service to London Paddington, but we're just saying 'We next board the 0842 First service to London Paddington'. Similarly, Brighton's buses just trade as Brighton and Hove Buses, not as Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach Company. That is their official title when writing to them, but in terms of their operating name, and in terms of what is stated on the side of their vehicles, it's just Brighton and Hove Buses :)

I disagree - saying London Buses is completely unambiguous as to what service you mean, I'm sure you probably know. It gives you more than enough to find any information you require. Feel free through personal choice to keep using the specific operator if you wish.

Incidentally, I may not be the only one to find it very hard to read large blocks of italic text in this font. It might be useful to not do so - formatting is more useful on very small snippets of text (e.g. perhaps the start/end times of your move if at risk of being buried in a long post).

A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
We then board the 0900 Metroline service 91 to Kings Cross Station (York Way), arriving there at 0933 on Thursday morning.

Noting that this large station has a 15-minute minimum connection time, we make our way into the station with enough time to board the 1000 EC service to Aberdeen that arrives there at 1706 on Thursday afternoon.

A gentle reminder that if you have concerns with the way a game is running or an issue around the rules your first point of contact should be, via PM, the Quizmasters who will rule on such issues.

In this instance it has been ruled that 'London Buses' is suitable and if anyone disagrees with this please discuss this via PM. Discussion of a moderation decision as per our Forum Rules is not permitted on the forum and should be communicated via PM. In this section the Quizmasters are moderators.

Now, with that out of the way, I believe we are in Ashington? :)

I must admit I have thoroughly enjoyed our omnibus travelogue, as Paul calls them, in the north east :)

That was the last 238 service of the day, in both directions, so we call it a night and the next morning we board the 0721 Go North-East service 238 to Sunderland (Interchange), arriving there at 0743 on Saturday morning.
