I have stayed at Brynteg (the one at the top of the long steep hill that leads from Benllech) and it must be an awfully quick bus to make it to there from Moelfre in only seven minutes, but it was hoped that the times would improve so I am not questioning the time, just making an observation.
Incidentally, was the stop at Brynteg the California Arms, at the crossroads?. Assuming this to be the case......

The original TT I saw didn't specify the stop but I've confirmed it as the California Inn (and the 7 minutes) from another one

There appears to be this very interesting working, 2Y61 1015 Fort William to Mallaig, but it's a West Coast Railway Company service, so I don't think I can use it as it is a special.

We decide to head eastwards and board the 1525 ScotRail service to Blackridge that arrives there at 1638 on Friday afternoon
It is a regularly scheduled 'special', beloved of Harry Potter fans. A grey area but I think it might be OK. Well as OK as the sleeper for walkon passengers or any of the heritage lines. It can sell out.
