What is with all the underlined italicised text?

My way of expressing speech in a quiet tone of voice. Glad to be of assistance with your query.

I note that we have just passed the 600th posting mark on the relaunched version of this game, of which it appears that I have made 177 of these...:D

--- old post above --- --- new post below ---

In any case we take the 0628 Cross County service to Glasgow Central, arriving at 18:11 Wednesday Evening.

Noting that there is a 15 minute connection time at Glasgow Central, we next board the 1835 First ScotRail service to Neilston that arrives there at 1904 on Wednesday evening.

Feeling somewhat bold we set out to avoid having to return from whence we came so...

We walk the 0.2 miles to the bus stop 'At the post office on Main Street, Neilston' and wait till 1924 when our McGill's bus service number 54 arrives, after it's timetabled five minute layover by the post office (Enough time for a passenger to pop in and post a letter perhaps?) we leave at 1929

Arriving at Barrhead, opposite Railway station on Cross Athurlie Street at 1936 Wednesday evening

The reason I was using italics was because I was posting information that wasn't part of the game, so didn't want to confuse anyone! It was more of a footnote, if you could call it that.

Arriving at Barrhead, opposite Railway station on Cross Athurlie Street at 1936 Wednesday evening

We then enter the station and board 2A05, the 1951 ScotRail service to Glasgow Central, arriving there at 2013 on Wednesday evening.

That's a shame

Following our pleasant tour of Glasgow and the surrounding areas, we then grab a coffee (preferably Costa, as I work for them!) and embark on a sprint down the West Coast Main Line, so we board 9M51, the 0800 Virgin Trains service to Preston, arriving there at 1014 on Thursday morning.

As Church Fenton only has a two-hourly service, we are lucky to find that there is a connecting bus in fifteen minutes time, so we board the 1303 Arriva Yorkshire service 493 to Tadcaster (Bus Station), arriving there at 1328 on Thursday afternoon.

We might just be able to walk to Leeds railway station within the 0.5 mile allowance but it's tight. So let's take a long distance coach journey and...

Board the 1700, National Express service 561 to London (Victoria Coach Station) where we arrive at 2120 Thursday evening

We started this Thursday in Ayr and we've reached London and there's still nearly three hours of the day left. How far from Ayr can we get? and how long can we keep moving? Sleep is for wimps! :D
