I do feel as if it's firmly time to leave the West Midlands behind now, so we take the eight minute walk to New Street na board the 0942 CrossCountry service 1V47 to Weston-super-Mare, arriving there at 1133 on Saturday morning.

There is what might be generously described as not a lot here, so we head back a stop to visit another request stop on the 19:15 GWR service 2R39 to Yeoford, arriving at 19:20 Sunday evening.
