Yes, its 2P55, the 1745 London Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour.
No buses seem to be running from here, so we board the 1905 South Western Railway service 2P66 to Clapham Junction, arriving there at 2005 on Friday evening.

Sorry, but there's a ten minute minimum connection time at Clapham Junction, except switching from Southern to Southern which is five minutes. So you might want to select the next service.

It's a 5 minute walk to Upper Warlingham station to board the 21:51 Southern service to Dormans, arriving there at 22:13 on a Friday.

Well the minimum connection time here at Dormans is four minutes, and tragically, the next service back is in three minutes! I don't think we can waive the rules here, despite Dormans only being a small station, so we'll have to wait for the next service, which is the 2246 Southern service 1L71, which we take to the terminus of London Victoria, arriving there at 2339 on Friday evening.

We walk outside to Stop 11 and catch the 0000 Arriva Beds & Bucks Greenline Service 757 to Luton Airport Bus Station arriving there at 0106 in the early hours of Saturday morning.

I'm a bit reluctant to use the London buses as it's difficult to know what they are running. Most services should now be on a Sunday service but not all, as more change over from the weekend.
To this end, we will enter the underground station and board the 0001 District Line service to Ealing Broadway (assuming it is still running) arriving there at 0032 on Saturday morning.

I believe buses are on a revised weekend timetable, so I'd go with a Saturday or Sunday timetable.
There's a service at 0048 or 0118?

Well to save delaying the game, if we were to get the N205 at 0118 instead of 0218, I'll assume the N8 is an hour earlier from Liverpool Street at 0202 instead of 0302 so are we happy to continue from Gants Hill an hour earlier at 0248 instead of 0348? Essentially just going back in time an hour?

Unfortunately, the minimum connection time here is 5 minutes and there's a 128 in two minutes. We wait the half an hour at stop CH for the 03:20 Stagecoach London service 128 to Romford (Romford Station Stop Z), arriving for 03:54 in the early hours of Saturday morning.
London buses are generally running a Saturday timetable, but it can vary. Thankfully TfL have made a useful list for that.

Surprisingly a ridiculously infrequent tube service operates from Upminster (even with the restricted timetable) and the next H&C Line isn't until 0634, so instead we board the 0543 Stagecoach London service 248 to Hornchurch Town Centre, arriving there at 0549 on Saturday morning.
