We have already used Cardiff Bus 27 for the last two valid moves and I have already admitted I am lost in this part of Cardiff (already mistakenly thought we were in Swansea) and refuse to make yet another intermediate journey on the 27 and it is a tad unfair to ask me to do so.

To be fair, if a user decides that they don't want to make the next move, one can't force them too. This is a game, and if @Xenophon PCDGS doesn't want to play for a bit, that's their choice.
