Good to see that things resolved themselves quickly overnight.

A reminder that (in threads where the order of posts matters) it is a good idea to strike through altered/removed text in posts you edit, and to make a brand new post - even if activating the double post system - when you make a new move. Game-related text which goes missing or retrospectively appears frustrates everyone.

We don't have a problem with people trying out a system of 'reserving' a spot in the quiz, but would like it to be used sparingly. If you do use it, you obviously need to make a move quickly (say about 20 minutes max), and preferably in a new/double post.

If you mean Worsley, you will be interested to know that I used that railway station a number of times in my much younger period of life, but I regret to inform you that it closed on 5th May 1969, some 45 years ago.

I know of the two currently open railway stations of Wigan Wallgate and Wigan North Western and also of the closed station of Wigan Central but have never heared of the one called Wigan Northgate.

In Chester, there used to stand Chester Northgate railway station, but when this was demolished, the large Northgate Centre was erected upon its site.
