Just as a side note Paul, I don't think many of us take this into consideration anymore, as when we were at Blackpool South a few weeks ago, somebody returned on a rail service that departed only three minutes after we arrived, and I queried it but I was told to ignore the matter as it would be the same train returning. On that basis I did this on my last move on the 10 from Nether Poppleton.
