Sorry to disrupt your plans, but since we arrived at Manchester Airport at 0525, we would not be able to take an onward 0415 departure...

I'm tempted to invoke the precedent set by Post #8022 which seems to allow us to walk more than 0.5 miles when the only option for onward travel is using the same bus route.
But I won't - the next trip on the 120 is with another operator, so I guess that's enough variety.

We board the 1843 First South Yorkshire service 120 to Sheffield Interchange / Pond St arriving 1915 Sunday evening.

Not much is going on in this random area so we head to somewhere where there are plenty of onward connections as board the 2030 First South Yorkshire service X78 to Meadowhall (Interchange), arriving there at 2107 on Sunday evening.

Having been thwarted of the opportunity to sample the local buses in the Doncaster region, being very quickly returned back to the Sheffield area, we examine our late Sunday evening onwards options and board the 2130 National Express service 564 to Halifax bus station that arrives there at 2250 on Sunday evening.

Luckily, Halifax is still blessed with bus services at this hour on a Sunday, so we board the 2310 First Halifax, Calder Valley and Huddersfield service 681 to Bradford Interchange, arriving there at 2342 on Sunday evening.

Unfortunately we remain stranded in Bramley as there are no other services (there were 24 hour TPE services from Leeds but we bailed early), so we have no option but to call it a night, before we board the 0515 Northern service 2M30 to Mills Hill, arriving there at 0630 on Monday morning.
