I was referring to the fact that the services that I referred to went to places far removed from that stop such as Longridge that would have taken us away from this seemingly never-ending Preston to Fleetwood axis.

That was the first time we were in that axis, but if you say so....

We next take the 17.48 Blackpool Transport service 75 alighting at Preston Railway Station at 19.27 on Saturday.

We enter the station and board the 1949 Northern service 1Y59 to Lostock, arriving there at 2016 on Saturday evening.

Leaving the railway station, we walk up the inclined access road to the bus stop adjacent to the road overbridge and there board the 1325 Stagecoach Merseyside and South Lancashire service 2A to Burscough Bridge (the bus stop opposite Rowan Close on Moss Lane) that arrives there at 1409 on Sunday afternoon.
