A new initiative launched recently to aid the introduction of more people/young people into train driving. Thought I would bring attention to this as it’s meant to help make recruitment easier with all TOCs and FOCs combined into one site.

I thought this was just another one of those scam 'be a train driver but for a fee...' type websites but seems legit. A one stop shop for train driver vacancies. Could this be the start of GBR having a National recruitment policy?

Bit confused as to why Blackfriars is listed for GTR.
Or London Victoria is listed for Northern.
Or that Caledonian Sleeper is listed at all.

Also odd that they use abbreviations and other possibly unclear terminology - isn't this supposed to be easy to use not just for the already knowledgeable but also for those who are generally interested in the rail industry?

It’s an RDG initiative. Looks a little rough round the edges still but hopefully develops into something really useful

Seems to still be in development from what I’ve heard from RDG.
